Shipping Locations

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.


Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping – R100
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

Express Shipping – R150
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier operations.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the courier’s system.

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the parcel and item

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately so we can assist in investigating the matter.
