Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, dust bags, and protective wrapping must be included
- The item must not show signs of wear, stains, scratches, or damage
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
A flat return shipping fee of R60 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging items to prevent damage during return shipping.
We are not responsible for items damaged in transit due to improper packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect
Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
